I had been looking for a dentist for a while when, finally, I checked out my providers list and Dr. Mitchell was the first name on the list in my area with high ratings of quality care and reasonable pricing. So, I took a chance and visited her website to schedule an appointment. Before this, I had never been to a dentist and was a little nervous. I got a call back less than 4 hours later and let me tell you that Dr. Mitchell and her staff made me feel absolutely welcome and at ease.

Walked in and the wait was nearly none existent! Very prompt in signing me in and getting me started. Got my x-rays done and Cathy, the hygienist, was very friendly and explained everything step-by-step while getting the photos. Not only were they very detailed about my teeth, but both Cathy and Dr. Mitchell were interested in who I was! Loved it!! Very welcoming experience and definitely screaming my love for this place from the rooftops!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
