They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The office was easy enough to find.

Love seeing her, she is straight forward does not over do testing but is not afraid to follow up on concerns. If someting is outside her field has a wealth of resources to get answers.
