This office was a nightmare. First while we waited in an over booked waiting room that took us a month to get in, the hospital sent over a patient in a stretcher with 5 medical staff. They checked him in and left. And then we were called. I made an appointment for a root canal that was referred by my dentist. The office took its own xrays and we waited in the room for the dentist listening to blood curling screams from the adjoining room. Dentist comes in and states we are going to pull it right. I said her (my 13yr old daughter) dentist referred us for a root canal. The dentist sighs and says so you want to save it. I said given her age that would be appropriate. He then demands to know who put the temporary fillings in as if he is insulted that its not his work. He then says OK you can make an appointment for it in a disinterested manor and left. Then as I leave my daughter points out the patient the hospital had sent over laying on his stretcher in the sun unattended with a mouth full of gauze and barely conscious. I would not use them as my vet much less for my family. I was extremely disappointed.
