Very unfriendly, uninterested. Expect long periods of silence, followed by "Why are you here?" delivered in a flat, Eastern European accent. She will save all her enthusiasm and indeed malice for her notes, were she will mock your pain, perhaps believing you won't bother to look her notes up (I would, by the way. What she says in person is not the same as what she says in your permanent medical record.) There is no follow-up, no care. She will write you a prescription, but anything further, tests, etc, you are on your own, even as she agrees to pursue them.
