I have had several emergency visits over the last two years. I have always been taken care of no matter how extensive the problem. I believe he has now corrected everything that was a result of prior dentists and my own neglect. He and his entire staff are highly efficient while being personable and caring.

My appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. DR O'NEAL & HIS STAFF ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
