In general this was not a good experience. We waited almost an hour to be seen. Once we got back to the "room" it took almost another two hours just for r-rays and a cleaning. Equipment seemed to very antiquated. The hygienist used a regular toothbrush to clean my son's teeth, not the typical rotary brush I've always seen used in dentist offices. I've seen a regular toothbrush used on very small children on their very first visit. My son is 15 and this was not his first visit to the dentist. X-rays appeared to be an after thought. The machine used to do the panoramic x-rays either didn't function properly or the girl operating it didn't know what she was doing. We didn't leave there confident that our son's teeth were cleaned properly and are seeking another opinion before making any decisions. Won't ever return to this practice.

Scheduling was also not easy. They're seemingly only willing to schedule appointments two days a week and VERY limited hours. When I tried to cancel other upcoming appointments that were made I had to speak to three different people. I'm still unsure if any of them actually got canceled.
