I have always had a excellent time with this doctor. He has always helped me with my asthma, getting me the proper medications. He knows I am a low-income individual (hopefully that will change after I graduate from college) He has always been friendly, his nurse always returned my phone calls and got me in the same day or next. I love going to people's health center. It is the most friendliest places I have been. I will continue to go. Thank you Dr. Fakoury. Your the best!

BEWARE!! of this doctor and this health center. After 3 years of diabetic and heart treatment from this doctor/center a 'bad day' employee refused to properly fill my medication forms.

Several attempts to deliver a complaint to the doctor were blocked, once a nurse took my written complaint letter addressed to the doctor opened it and delivered it to the 'bad day' employee, so I mailed my complaint directly to the doctor's residence.

Was the situation corrected?

Absolutely not, I was promptly terminated from treatment. Worse yet, the administrator, Karen Webster, repeatedly lied to me about correcting the situation. I was told I could see a different doctor at the clinic. But that was a lie. I was told I would receive a termination of treatment letter, but that was a lie told repeatedly.

Eventually, 2 months after running out I was able to get my medications the 'bad day' employee refused to submit properly for. Possibly just to avoid a lawsuit against them, however treatment has not continued.

The short story is doctor Fakhoury has no concern that patients be treated with proper care and respect. The administrator, Karen Webster, covers up the abuses and failings of staff rather than correct them from continuing mistakes that harm patients
