I have a history as a child of bad dentistry and am nervous when I go to the dentist. Last week I had an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. As I was a returning patient they had noted in my file that I had anxiety issues. They had offered me valium which I declined since I am in a drug tested position. The cleaning did not go well as the technician did not talk to me before she started and when she did I jumped. It was not a good appointment. The dentist, who could barely speak English, identified two small cavities that needed filling. She did not do an oral or gum exam which has always been done at any dental appointment I have ever had. I made two appointments when I left for the fillings. Today when I went in the desk assistant called me up and asked if I received a letter in the mail with my x-rays. When I said no she informed me that I would need to find another dentist since they couldn’t accommodate me because of my nervousness. She was very cold and offered no apologies or anything. No phone call or e-mail. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone because of their lack of professionalism.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, especially Wendy. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Actually make a trip to the dentist something to look forward to.
