Dr. Logan took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude and called him out on it, informing him he wasn't the only dermatologist around. After we argued about it for a few minutes (he insisted it wasn't a personal call, and it was - my daughter & I and a nurse heard the whole conversation), he told me to find another doctor and I haven't been back since.

His staff of sweet little old ladies, who I guess he hires because they're all old school and treat him like a god, are very nice. However, I would never recommend Dr. Logan to anyone else and have even told people NOT to go there. The old timers who see him do not deserve this treatment but, like my parents, are afraid to speak up and say anything to "someone in authority."

His office tools/methods, his demeanor and his stained pants all need to go ASAP. Is there anyone monitoring what he does or is he able to just keep on doing what he wants until he decides it's time to finally retire? Are there steps to take beyond just putting my review on a website? This incident happened a couple years ago and I'm still steamed about it!
