I have not personally interacted with Dr. Needham, I will say however the staff in this location are awful. They are rude; like your interrupting their day, rude on the phone when making appointments or calling with questions. They should remember they are the face of her practice. I would drive out the Greenfield city limits to avoid this practice OR follow the dermatologist that left this practice because she is wonderful along with her office staff!

It has been many years since I was a patient but from what I remember Dr. Needham is very good, kind and concerned about her patient's welfare. I will be attempting to make an appointment for myself and a friend with Dr. Needham for a check on some moles.
