Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The office was easy enough to find. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best.
I have been a patient for about 18 months. Their service has been good with a few moments of wonderful people. Today, I broke a tooth in the denture I got from them. There was only a receptionist. She was kind enough. But had no where to send me to get my teeth fixed. I felt abandoned. It was Monday, 1:30, no holiday. I was told, if you can come back on Thursday, the dentist will work on it for you. Needless to say, I am done.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
