Dr. Masone saved my fiance! He had struggle with tooth pain and soft enamel his whole life, and it had gotten to a point in his life that it was starting to effect his health. He used to make a point to talk fast just so no one would have time to notice how bad his teeth really was. People at our local emergency room always assume it was drug related. Which this is clearly not the case. He simple had soft enamel and it was hereditary. He had teeth falling out day in and day out. And had to learn with exposed nerve pain for years. Untill, one day he had gotten a bad infection and we were able to pay for him to get the surgery and denture set. Dr. Masone was very gentle and showed a tremendous amount of care when dealing with my fiance. He did not once ask him if he ever did drugs or even hinted that off to him. Of course I believe the dentist could see his self due to the how well his gums were, that this man has never even tried drugs. The staff were great as well. They all took time to listen to all of his concerns and answered the questions that we had. They pulled 14 teeth and were able to give his temp denture partial that exact day. And had set his follow up appt a week from the surgery. (WHICH IS TODAY) Dr. Masone did a great job on matching the dentures and scaling the size of what his real teeth would of looked like. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. DR. Masone because of you my fiance can finally smile without being afraid of being judged , you have changed this young mans life forever. And we will never ever forget this experience. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF!!

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived
