They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
