I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
