They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. She schedules too many people too close together. Wait time is between 2-4 hours. She sees patients for 5-10 mins. Offices are dirty and not kids friendly. She does not like to answer questions and will send you to a specialist instead of doing her job. Most unprofessional place I have EVER been. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anybody, even if she paid me.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart.
