I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see the children when we showed up for our appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that my children are under the care of an expert.
