They were somewhat easy to reach. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time.
