They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
