Staff is very rude and uncaring. Wife spends a lot of energy trying to maximize what she can bill for while providing as little service as possible. Waiting times are long and they are totally unapologetic about it. Dr. Moskovic is actually a decent guy but his wife and staff are a serious detriment to his practice.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointments. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my condition. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They weren't happy to help . They could have been nicer. I would never recommend them to anyone. They terminated me as a patient after several years and withheld a prescription from me to make a point, leaving me in a very bad situation. It is definitly worse than it has been. It definitely was never easy finding parking at their office. Doctor Moscovic would not be a good choice for anyone as a psychologist.
