They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff seems to know what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Most of the time I hardly have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They are usually running right on time.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
