This office has to be the worst doctors office I have ever walked into. My husband has this man as his doctor and anytime he calls with a health problem we always get the same answer " let me talk to Dr. Garner and call you back and never once have we ever gotten a phone call back. As a wife and a nurse I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and compassion that this office shows their patients. Another problem I see is it is extremely difficult to reach anyone in this office and when you do finally get someone on the phone you get the answer above. Also the nurse practioner he had working with him is completely and utterly ignorant to any and all medical conditions. She had misdiagnosed my husband twice . I would not recommend anyone see this man or his nurse practioner for your medical needs. We will be looking for another doctor as of tomorrow.

My grandmother has seen Dr. Garner for years now, and we have finally had enough and are switching physicians! If you are looking for a smug, pompous individual with a complete lack of compassion and zero bed-side manner, then this is the man for you! His rude staff, excessively long wait times, and inconsistency on filling prescriptions are considerable annoyances indeed, but what makes this man quite possibly the worst physician I've ever encountered is that he will see you or your loved one as no more than another name on another file. He does even pretend to be the least bit concerned with your condition, nor will he even attempt to muster up even the slightest ounce of empathy in difficult situations. After a long and complicated hospital stay, he bluntly said, right in front of my sick grandmother, "Has your family considered a DNR, because people of her age and health don't usually live more than a few months on Dialysis." I have no problem with realism, but what I do have a problem with is unprofessionalism. You would have thought he was asking us to take out the trash. I would not leave my worst enemy in the care of this man. Don't even consider him as a physician, don't waste your time or your energy on him, he certainly won't on you.
