I have known and worked with this doctor for a number of years. He attended my mother-in-law during a medical crisis and diagnosed her totally wrong!! She was in ICU for 11 days then moved to a regular room due to medicare refusing to pay any onger for ICU. One day aafter moving her Dr Sane prescribed Ambian for her to sleep. This woman was in acute respiratory distress with o2 at 5 liters! I am an RN so I know what I'm talking about. She was receiving pulmonary treatments around the clock, was not coherant, could not stand nor eat. She was 87 at the time. The Ambian was given around 4 in the morning and she was dead by noon the next day. She never even woke up. A doctor with 45 years experience should have known better. I would have proscuted by my husband and his brother did not want to pursue it
