It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
