They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.

I had a toothache and didn't have a primary dentist in the area yet. Dentaland gave me an appointment the same day and everyone was pretty nice, tried their best to make me feel comfortable. My biggest issue, with this location at least, is there are no private rooms, just open stalls all right next to each other. There is no patient privacy, I could clearly hear the conversations going on with the other people being seen. For this reason alone, I don't think I'll keep them as my regular dentist.
