Office personal can tell a lot about the doctor's office, I feel the office manager Vanessa and the scheduler were very unfriendly, unconcerned all they care about is getting a new patient. There is no flexibility of scheduling a patient with active symptoms, rather they tell the caller to go to emergency room or walk in clinic, because they can't schedule an appointment. I have been trying to get into see this doctor for almost 3 and a 1/12 months. I called my insurance and called another dr in network at the main hospital who saw me the same day I needed to be seen and office personal was very freindly. I changed the Dr with my insurance. I highly recommend not to deal with this office, I am in my Master in nursing as a nurse practitioner, and believe that access to timely healthcare is utmost important for symptom control and prevention. Yes, healthcare providers can talk the lingo however they should also practice such language by working with their ancillary and supportive staff.
