As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

What a HORRIBLE doctor, she made me ashamed of ever choosing the medical field as future employment. I'm a medical student that has been studying medicine for the past four years and have come to expect a certain amount of professionalism when it comes to those in the field of medicine. As a doctor in training I have been taught to be nice, fair a courteous to all my future patients. I came to her after being mugged on 61st street, which left me with a serious scar over my eyebrow that required 8 stitches, in order to ask her for a silicone cream or any other cream that may reduce my disfigurement. Her exact words to me were "Don't come to me with your vanity, I will not prescribe you anything." I was shocked that she was such a bitter and unhelpful physician. The most amusing part is that she had the eyebrow scar located in the exact place as mine yet she could not find the decency in her heart to find sympathy for my predicament. She then promptly told me to leave and STILL charged my insurance for a doctor visit. I never believed those who told me that "doctors don't care" or "there all in it for the money" but I can clearly see how much doctors such as Rochelle Hawkins, M.D. just DON'T CARE about their patients. One thing I did learn from her is how to NOT act towards my future patients. If you have the misfortune to need ti visit her, please choose another doctor.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't display their qualifications.
