I don''t often have to wait more than 5-8 minutes after I arrives for my appointment. They run on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was no annoying music playing during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always rational and completely unbiased. There is nothing I would be hesitant to discuss with Dr. Naing and I always expect good research and thorough explanations. I find Dr. Naing by far one of the best I've seen in his field. They've been exceeding their clients' expectations for years.
