They don't really keep up with the times when it comes to their office equipment. Everything is old and outdated, and I doubt it's safe for use. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
