I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
