I was horrified to find that someone from Dr. Furubayashi's office dumped large boxes of medical info onto a pile of other illegally dumped items on a road in Maunawili. There were many plastic (ie., toxic) binders full of info spilling out of a box clearly marked "Property of Dr. Candace Furubayashi". The amount of stuff dumped was sufficient to make it a felony, let alone any personal info that may have been left out on the roadside for anyone to see. This was SO unprofessional, illegal, and it reflects VERY poorly on Dr. Furubayashi and the practice as a whole. If this is reflective of the type of people they hire, I would never trust my eye health to them.

I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
