The best doctor in Waipahu he see patients by appointments only but still accommodates walk-ins if patients are sickly to avoid ER visits

I was told to come in at 9am and that the dr would be in at 9:30 and I would be his first patient. 45 minutes later, I was told the Dr. had been in since 8am, and that he only takes walk-ins. I explained what I had been told when I called and made my appt, and was told, "I don't know what to tell you." Horrible customer service.
