My newborn had a cleft lip and palate. The results were more beautiful than I could have imagined! The best I've ever seen and I've seen several since then. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They let me look through a lots of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment.
