Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Billing is another story.....they have slipped "extras" into the final account balance with no itemization hoping you don't notice. Watch your bills closely with these guys!
