Beware! Fighting insurance company over midcoded services. $200 for basic sick visit after co-pay. Contacted billing department to attempt resolution. Main office number goes to nowhere. Pray your last name does not begin with a letter in the first part of the alphabet. Ann, your 'billing' agent will be less than helpful with a side of "ditz" (my big toe posses more brain cells).... She will end the conversation by hanging up on you.
As a business owner I would never dream of treating my clients in this manner. We will now return to our previous dr who is located 1 hr outside of sugar hill. They know how to code basic sick visits and their employees are professional, do not chomp gum in your ear while telling you to "deal with it" and hang up on you.
