I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
