I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember my daug hter and her situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make her feel important and respected. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. During my consultation, they were very helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt my daughter was cared for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to give comfort here. It's an awesome office with lots of great things to offer. They have an area in the font were you can purchase natural things. I was even able to get my daughter's lotion there (very hard to find! ).
My daughter has ADD and qualified for extended time accommodations when taking tests in school. These accommodations only last a few years then must be reinstated. I contacted Dr. Holland’s office a nd asked if they did this kind of work. I was told yes, and to bring her in. After 40 minutes with Dr. Holland we were told that her office does NOT do the necessary testing required to reinstate the accommodations. She charged us $361 for the 40 minutes and did nothing to help us. I felt it was deceitful to take my daughter on as a patient when knowing she could not help us. Additionally, she accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and is under contract with them to charge no more than $207 for the office visit, rather than $361. We found this out after the fact, and she refuses to credit the difference. I recommend staying FAR away from this office!
