It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
