They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Salomon and his assistant, Alisha Brown, made me feel like they thought Brandon and all of the people who live in Brandon are nothing but trash who aren't deserving of dental care. They were rude, confrontational and unprofessional. Afterwards, I found disciplinary action had been taken against Dr. Salomon and his license to practice dentistry had been suspended in New York and Florida for two years for taking out the wrong teeth of a patient and more. His assistant was arrested for driving with a suspended license and put in jail for repeatedly doing it. Someone need to get these criminals out of Brandon and fast. We don't need their kind.

They pressure me to buy their products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They don't return your phone calls and you have to keep calling back to get a simple question answered about a product. Unwilling to work with you and it's like pulling teeth to get them to do what you need.
