I am very unhappy with this practice. I went to the Windy Hill office in January 2013 for the removal of my Mirena, which was unsuccessful. Paid my $50 Co-pay. When I received my EOB from the insurance company, I wasn't supposed to be charged. Contacted Joy at the College Park location multiple times. She told me Neilda would process my refund, it is April 22, 2013 and I still have not received my refund. I called and spoke with her today and she has an attitude as if I am bothering her. If I as patients is paying accordingly, why is it so difficult to receive a refund from this pratice.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
