I'm 20 weeks pregnant and considering changing doctors. Even though I've expressed my desire to have a vaginal delivery like I did with my last pregnancy, these doctors have pretty much labeled me as a C section. I can tell because they always avoid the question when I ask. I'm high risk due to having a VP shunt which prevents me from being able to push and also because my last and first child was born preterm. I had a vaginal delivery without any problems. These doctors have just brushed my concerns aside. Also, even though I'm high risk and will need an assisted delivery which midwives cannot perform, all I've seen are midwives. As much as I hate to, it looks like I'll be driving 3 hrs away to the last hospital where I had my son. These people seem to know their stuff.

Without a doubt I would see Dr. Harrison again. I was unable to see my obgyn at the time of my miscarriage, and Dr. Harrison fit me into his very busy schedule 2 separate occasions. He was extremely patient, kind, thorough, and informative as my husband and I both realized we were miscarrying and making decisions about how to move forward.
