As a Board Certified OB/GYN, Dr. Blank specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology, High Risk Obstetrics, Infertility, Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic GYN Surgery, and PMS, Peri-Menopausal and Menopausal Medicine. He sees the practice of medicine as holistic, and treats not just the symptoms, but the whole patient. Dr. Blank is a past Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Northside Hospital. He was also instrumental in the development, design, and construction of Northside Hospital's Women's Center, acting as lead physician liaison.

I would like to say Dr. Blank is not only the best at helping his patients he is extremly wonderful about caring and being there whenever his patients need him. The nurses he have working for him are just magnificent. Ms. Karen is just as great. I had my first baby at home on my moms bed. I had another Doctor help me that filled in for Doctor Blank and I must say he was good to. I just wish Dr. Blank could have been there. Even though he was not there to deliver my baby he made sure he made it to the hospital and he was even able to do my new born son circumcision. He is just amazing and his staff is truly the best. Dr. Blank said please try to wait for me next time. I recently had my second baby and think God I was able to make it to the hospital just in time for Dr. Blank to deliver my baby. I was nervous about having another baby so soon. Dr. Blank and his staff made me feel so much better by making me feel like I was not alone and whatever I needed they made sure my baby and I where in good hands. Thank you so much. You know is more to just being a Dr. and treating patients. Having a sense of urgency to make sure your patients are not only being treated but getting the best healthcare you can imagine. Thank you Dr. Blank and your amazing staff
