I just returned home today after a small claims court case I had against Dr. Gordon. I was awarded full recovery for monies that Dr. Gordon owed me for lost dentures, for money paid to another dentist for work that Dr. Gordon did not complete that had been paid for. Dr Gordon has a bad attitude and does not comply with the Florida laws petainingto dentists.
My husband also went to Dr. Gordon for an initial consultation and cleaning. After the dental hygenist cleaned his teeth and took x rays my husband asked when the dentist would see him. He was told that Dr. Gordon was not in the office that day and he would have to have another appointment. Florida law does not allow a hygenist to work on a patient without the doctor being on the premises. My husband refused to go back to this office where the dentist was in clear violation of the law.
