I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
This was the first new set of dentures I have had since the originals were made 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the fit and the way I was treated. I especially appreciated Pat who works at the front desk. She was extremely helpful with the insurance documentation and any information I needed. Even though I recieved approval from my insurance for the dentures, after the fact the insurance co. communicated there was an issue with the coverage. Pat went to work on my behalf and got everything squared away. The overall experience was very plesant but Pat was the icing on the cake. She is deffinently an asset to the business. Thank you and a special thank you to Pat
