I have gone to the office 6 times to get the paper work submitted to insurance for reimbursement and they still have not done it 10 months later. The receptionist won't give it to me personally and I am out $1,850 to date. Want a lawyer to go after my money. Can anyone recommend a lawyer?

I went in to have a root removed from my eye tooth and He stated you need to get this cracked tooth fixed, I understand I needed both worked on, but I didn't have the funds for all that work to be done. I went home and noticed after I removed the packing that he pulled the cracked tooth and not the root from my eye tooth. I called his office and gave the information to the answering service twice, the 3rd time I called they stated that He would deal with my issue tomorrow.
Then I called in the morning and the receptionist told me to come in at 9 to talk to him, I went in and he said oh we pulled the wrong tooth, but it needed pulled anyway. He made me feel like it was my fault he pulled the wrong tooth. then he asked, Oh so now you want the root out, he took the root out and I went to the receptionist and asked for all my paper work, she handed me 4 sheets of the 5 I originally gave her. The fifth sheet had all the information of medications and exactly what I wanted done on the first visit. I went back the same day to get my x-rays and asked again for the papers and she said we can mail you them. I still have not received the all (50 papers from his office
