The establishment is very clean and the staff are professional, but they could stand in some cases to be more friendly. First of all, you have to schedule appointments almost TWO MONTHS in advance for a simple cleaning, and both times I went I got a very helpful, kind nurse, followed by a very sultry, unfriendly fellow who did not help make my experience very comfortable. He breathes very heavily the entire time, was very short with me, and mumbles with a low, grumbling voice that constantly sounds like he can't wait to get it over with so he can go on vacation. Having this kind of rushed, agitated person hovering over you in your mouth the entire time while you lay there in a very vulnerable position doesn't exactly help me to go my happy place while my mouth is being drilled. Since you have to make appointments so far in advance, you'd better be damn sure to mark off a date on your calendar three months ahead of time BEFORE you go to the appointment, because they want you to set up a followup immediately for around that time frame. When I politely declined to do this after my second visit with Mr. Grinch (can't remember his name but he's one of the two main dentists there), the staff at the front desk seemed almost offended and gave me a sarcastic "good luck" as I headed out the door.
