I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
