It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
