One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
