They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been a patient for over 15 years and Dr. Fischer has always been professional. When I have had an emergency Dr. Fischer and his nurse have always gone out of her way to help me. I would never go to any other doctor he is the BEST in the CSRA !!!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. The entrance doors need automatic opening capablity. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
