They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Several things could have been used to diagnose vertigo rather than an expensive cat scan of the brain. I started to leave a couple of times but he insisted that this was necessary. Other questions could have pointed to certigo. Good luck with this one

This St. Joe's ER doctor needs to WASH his hands. I observed him going from patient to patient without hand hygiene. I observed him do an invasive procedure with only exam gloves. He opened sterile gloves, but did not use them. Then he left a puddle of fluid on the floor with no regards to creating an opportunity for someone to slip and fall. Also left the dirty needle and syringe for someone else to dispose of when the container was inches away. This ER doctor showed little interest in helping the patient - lousy discharge instructions. Thank goodness for the great nurses.
